The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center is dedicated to providing at-risk young females with a comprehensive, trauma-responsive program that fosters both personal and academic growth. $25 per hour; can increase with level of education and experience

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works as a key member of the HJTC medical team and provides general health care of students within the scope of the license. This includes administering immunizations, assisting with TB screen, flu vaccines, and the overall health maintenance of students and staff. The LPN also trains employees regarding relevant health care topics such as prevention of sports injuries, blood borne pathogens, CPR, First Aid, and behavioral disorders, and assists in ordering supplies, pharmaceuticals, and other medical equipment for the Medical team.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Arkansas
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Pass search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Eligible driver; active Driver’s License

12-hour shifts; 3/2 – 2/3 schedule (work every other weekend)

Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after completion of Essential Skills training
