Their duties include assessing health status, diagnosing, developing care plans, implementing treatments, and evaluating patient outcomes, often collaborating with other healthcare team members.
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, holding current licensure with prescriptive authority, and possessing certification in the specialty area. Additional requirements include current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as applicable, along with strong computer skills.
ScheduleThis position is scheduled for 40 hours bi-weekly with work hours from 8 am to 5 pm, including variable call shifts on weekends (Sat-Sun, 8 am-8 pm).
