Quality Technician

Location: Jonesboro, AR

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Tech to ensure products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role is critical in maintaining product integrity by inspecting materials, identifying defects, and supporting continuous quality improvement.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects and quality issues
• Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards
• Record and monitor supplier performance
• Select and evaluate product samples using measuring tools and specifications
• Compare product dimensions and characteristics against required standards
• Report any defects, unusual conditions, or questionable items to leadership
• Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Keep work area clean, organized, and inspection‑ready
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a production environment
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
• Reliable, consistent, and committed to attendance
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
