Quality Assurance Manager

SANY Nutrition Group LLC is a growing manufacturer of protein bars, functional snacks, confectionery, and bakery products. We develop and produce innovative products for private label and branded customers, combining food science expertise with modern manufacturing to deliver high-quality products across North America.

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Quality Assurance Manager who is passionate about food safety, quality excellence, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining world‑class quality systems while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, SQF standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.

• Lead and maintain the Food Safety & Quality Management System.
• Manage SQF certification, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, GMP, and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and improve quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee quality control activities for incoming materials, production, and finished products.
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate third‑party audits.
• Manage environmental monitoring, sanitation verification, and allergen control programs.
• Train employees on food safety, quality standards, and best practices.
• Work closely with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Review product specifications, labels, and documentation for compliance.
• Monitor key quality metrics and prepare management reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations, and food safety systems.
• Experience leading audits and managing quality systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in bakery, snack, confectionery, or protein bar manufacturing preferred.
