Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
- $115,000 - $130,000 + 12.5% Bonus

We're recruiting for an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a leading food manufacturing company in Jonesboro, AR. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving site-wide safety, environmental compliance and continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture across the facility.
What You'll Do- Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the site
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and federal, state and local regulations
- Develop and improve the site's EHS management system
- Drive behaviour-based safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead accident investigations and corrective actions
- Manage OSHA recordkeeping, workers' compensation and incident reporting
- Support production teams with hazard identification and risk reduction
- Lead industrial hygiene, sustainability and risk management initiatives
- Chair safety committee meetings and support regulatory inspections
- Support SQF, internal and external compliance audits
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene or a related field
- 5+ years' EHS leadership experience within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
- Experience managing audits, inspections and regulatory requirements
- Experience leading site-wide safety initiatives and continuous improvement
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred
- CSP certification or Master's degree is an advantage
