C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding customer service and promote products and services;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack merchandise, and complete ship-from-store and BOPIS activities;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in and reporting;
Assist with organization and maintenance of stock area and process order deliveries/returns;
Partner with Merchandise Associates to replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory
