You will lead the store in product presentation, inventory management, and the overall guest shopping experience. You will operate under a 45‑hour work week, covering five 9‑hour shifts, and will be available to work holidays and weekends as needed.

• 2+ years of successful retail management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Ability and willingness to work a 45‑hour week (five 9‑hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
