Position Summary
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping, and palletizing items to ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations;
carries out tasks, communicates progress, determines improvement opportunities, and adapts to change. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
