Demonstrates knowledge of meat department operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation/maintenance;
Uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind;
Maintains work area according to company policies and procedures, ensures quality and date control standards for meat products, and properly packages, labels, and stores merchandise;
Provides exceptional customer service to members, welcomes and thanks members, and helps guide purchasing decisions.
