Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate. Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team to keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitation, and provide front‑line customer service.

Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per Company policies: properly handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, and secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service: acknowledge the Member, identify their needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide Deli products to Members, resolve issues and concerns, and promote the Company’s products and services.
• Follow Company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area: comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise, clean freezer/cooler/deli area (windows, mirrors, display cases, coolers), monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains and doors for proper operation, and report issues to management.

• Ensure high‑quality products are handled carefully and available for members.
• Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
