About The Role

As a Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, you join a team focused on customer connections, fashion, and comfort. Starting Rate: $14.50
Hourly Pay Range: $14.50 – $15.39

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure each customer leaves satisfied.
• Retail Sales Goals:
  Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations:
  Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties:
  Accurately process payments and leave customers with a positive experience.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay informed about the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details with customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
