Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of the assigned store
- Support customers with merchandising and stocking as needed
- Assist with cleanliness throughout the store
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions with customers and associates
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills are required
- High level of integrity is required
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required
