Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. From unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer, this fast-paced job can be physically demanding – it’s like being paid to go to the gym!

• Successfully unload trucks promptly.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member- ready area.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding them with self-service technology, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products.
• Maintain safety of facility by performing safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Present merchandise in accordance with company policies by stocking, arranging, cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, and identifying shrink and damage.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensure proper rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Comply with company ethics, policies, and standards of integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.
• Ensure club pick up orders are filled and staged correctly.
