Job responsibilities include:

• Promote Rausch Coleman Homes to prospective Buyers and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Guide home buyers throughout entire sales process including contract and mortgage
• Provide exceptional customer service to Rausch Coleman Homes
• Generate traffic through development of relationships with Realtor community, participation in community events/meetings and other networking venues
• Must be able to propose a business plan for success and determine best marketing practices for community demographics
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and many holidays

• Ability to use a computer and an understanding of computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
• A positive attitude with ability to take direction
• Professional appearance and presentation
• High level of energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to engage, promote, educate and persuade
• College degree or some college hours preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of the real estate market
• Knowledge or appropriate experience in a sales position
