Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store are integral to the Retail Team, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products, engage customers in a high‑traffic environment, and build and deepen relationships through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T‑Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions, identify customer needs, and apply solution‑based selling techniques to showcase the value of T‑Mobile products.
  • Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and maintain knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  • Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction; proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity and capture referrals.
  • Support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing, collaborating with nearby leadership and teams.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Preferred)

Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $15.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive training pay and become eligible for promotion to Mobile Expert, with an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
