- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Conduct cold‐calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.
- Build and maintain long‐term relationships with customers, ensuring their apparel needs are met with weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services.
- Apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program to achieve and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Contact Management System (CMS).
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.
