About the Role

The Internet Lead Manager is responsible for handling online leads, delivering fast, professional responses, and turning digital inquiries into kept appointments and sold deals. This role owns the follow-up process, CRM accuracy, and core internet lead KPIs.

Requirements
  • Respond quickly to internet leads from website, third-party sources, calls, and chats.
  • Qualify customers, document details in the CRM, and set confirmed appointments.
  • Execute consistent phone, text, and email follow-up until contact or close.
  • Track and report key metrics such as response time, contact rate, and appointment/show rates.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Qualifications
  • Experience in BDC, internet sales, or inside sales (automotive or retail preferred).
  • Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM/lead management tools and basic reporting.
