AKE Safety Equipment – Outside Sales Representative

Annual compensation average: $90,816 net, with potential to exceed $200,000 in commission. 100% straight commission structure, plus weekly performance bonuses.

• Drive farm‑to‑farm across agricultural regions to sell STOP‑FYRE® fire extinguishers to farmers.
• Act as a regional sales representative, maintaining a protected territory and building lasting relationships with agricultural customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and perform routine route planning, product demonstrations, and customer service.
• Report on sales activity and provide market intelligence to the team.

• Extensive sales experience, preferably in outside sales to agricultural or construction markets.
• Strong competitive drive and proven ability to close deals.
• Background or close connection to the agricultural community (worked or lived on a farm, or interacted regularly with farmers).
• Prior experience in construction or excavation sales is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and independent – capable of thriving as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Commitment to helping others; background in service roles such as firefighter, police, military or EMT is valued.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, passion for the product and customer, and a “no‑BS” attitude.
