Our client is a growing manufacturer of processing equipment serving the food & beverage, protein processing, pharmaceutical, and personal care markets. With a differentiated product portfolio built through strategic acquisition and a direct-to-customer sales model, they are investing heavily in one of their largest and most established territories, seeking a Regional Sales Manager to protect a strong existing book of business while driving new share gain across the TOLA region.
Responsibilities- Own the Number
:
Manage and grow a large, established $6M+ territory spanning across TX, OK, KS, MO, AR, LA and Mexico, focused on existing annuity revenue and the pursuit of new opportunities across food, beverage, protein, and pharmaceutical accounts. - Build the Channel
:
Protect and expand existing distribution partner relationships, while identifying regional coverage gaps and recruiting/onboarding new partners onto the product platform. - Drive Field Specification
:
Spend the majority of your week in front of end‑user engineers and operations leaders, demonstrating differentiated product features that competitors can’t match, and partnering with distributors on technical and commercial quotations.
- 3+ years of industrial outside sales or distributor management experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding numbers.
- Self‑starter mentality with strong relationship, presentation, and negotiation skills, and a genuine curiosity about how things work.
- Comfort with heavy field travel (60%+) and CRM/ERP discipline for accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Nice to have
: ability to conduct sales meetings in Spanish.
This is a Field Based Sales environment where candidates can live anywhere in the Greater TOLA Region, spanning between TX, OK, KS, MO, AR, LA with a willingness to travel via car and plane 3‑4 days a week to be on‑site with customers.
CompensationBase Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + Car Package.
Total Comp: $150,000 - $200,000 +.
