Essential Functions- Assemble, test and repair all manufactured products.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot electrical functions of relays, electronic components, lighting components and motors.
- Read and understand schematics.
- Demonstrate knowledge with electrical testers.
- Document service visits and schedule work.
- Work with other trades and contractors at installation sites.
- Work with high (240) voltage and low voltage.
- Must possess acceptable driving record.
- HS diploma or GED required; trade school or other technical training preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work without supervision – must be an independent worker in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain and submit expense reports on a weekly basis.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
- Ability to drive extended periods of time.

- Employees will respond to both internal and external customers by returning phone calls, checking e‑mails, responding to requests and working collaboratively with other departments. Communicate in a manner that is clear, concise and facilitates the organizational goals. Communication will be accomplished in a timely manner and will ensure that all parties have a firm understanding of the message(s) being communicated.
- The employee recognizes customer satisfaction as a priority and has made ongoing efforts to assist both internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- The employee actively seeks out supervision, is an active part of the team and obtains the supervisor’s signature on appropriate documentation. The employee is respectful with internal and external professional colleagues and is not engaged in frequent conflicts with others.
- Employee has knowledge of and is in full compliance with all agency policies and procedures (Example: Employee Handbook and all operational and/or departmental policies and procedures).
- Prolonged periods standing, walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, stretching.
- Eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Occasionally lift or move 50 or more pounds.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
