Commercial HVAC Service Technician IV

Serve as a senior technical expert responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex commercial HVAC systems. You’ll tackle challenging service issues, provide exceptional customer support, mentor fellow technicians, and assist with field leadership activities such as work planning, audits, and jobsite oversight.

This role is perfect for highly skilled HVAC professionals who enjoy solving complex problems, sharing their expertise, and leading by example.

• Manage tool calibration and readiness.
• Prepare service kits with correct parts and PPE.
• Run compliance checks on storage and labeling.
• Collect and upload service evidence into CMMS.
• Coordinate disposal of expired parts and consumables.
• Train S1–S3 staff on staging and documentation standards.
• Audit inventory and update logs.
• Prepare surge kits for emergency response.
• Support technicians during complex repairs.
• Maintain organized toolrooms and storage areas.

• Minimum Experience:
  
  6+ years
• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma/GED
