DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicates agency priorities and strategic initiatives clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, large groups, partner agencies, and community stakeholders. Maintains an enterprise-wide and equity-informed perspective, anticipating stakeholder needs while representing agency interests.
- Serves as a reliable, interactive point of contact for the Agency’s Strategic Business Plan and County scorecard. Ensures accurate and timely reporting, monitors deadlines, and exercises sound judgment in identifying, addressing, and escalating questions or concerns.
- Proactively seeks and meets a variety of stakeholder needs and expectations. Builds internal and external relationships to support QI and Agency work. Maintains Agency perspective when communicating with outside stakeholders
- Monitors deadlines to ensure all work, especially external requirements for strategic business plan and county reporting, are completed in a timely manner.
- Contributes to department and agency-level improvement initiatives by applying and promoting Quality Improvement principles. Commits to learning improvement methodologies to assist and support QI and Agency needs to include facilitation, survey design, PDSA testing, etc.
Supports adherence to improvement standards, participates as a team member or leader as assigned, and shares foundational improvement methodologies with staff at appropriate levels.
- Supports policy and strategic planning efforts by synthesizing research, data, and stakeholder input into clear briefing materials, reports, and recommendations.
- Assists with community and stakeholder engagement efforts by providing data analysis, facilitation support, and communication materials that inform public-facing initiatives and advisory processes.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to applicable data privacy and ethical standards when handling sensitive or protected information.
- Demonstrates initiative in building knowledge of emerging improvement practices, public health trends, and analytical tools to strengthen individual and organizational capability.
- Maintains organized, accessible, and accurate project documentation and reporting files to ensure transparency, knowledge continuity, and operational discipline.
- Works within Agency Policies and Procedures to support the Agency Purpose and agency priorities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/
EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) or Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent project management experience preferred.
Knowledge of survey construction, interview methodology, and data visualization preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $31.82 - $41.36/hr
