** About This Opportunity
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing & Permitting Coordinator to ensure all company equipment is properly licensed, permitted, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
** Pay and Schedule
** This position is Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The pay range is $18-$20/hour.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Ensure all equipment is properly licensed and registered.
* Process annual license renewals.
* Apply retired tags to IRP for future credit.
* Monitor and renew state-specific permits (e.g., NM, KY, NY, Alcohol, Hazmat), including UCR and Registered Agent renewal.
* Maintain and update the Accounting Department’s Licensing Plate Settlement spreadsheet to ensure accurate Owner Operator plate charges.
* Provide updated permit packs to manned company terminals for distribution.
* Distribute plates, IFTA decals, and Pre Pass devices for new trucks being serviced.
* Activate new Owner Operators in Cetaris for onboarding; finalize by updating the unit master and licensing equipment upon contract completion.
* Process Owner Operator termination forms.
* Provide gate camera coverage for the Tontitown, AR location.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
