Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team!

Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement).

Flexible scheduling: part time and full time hours available – work the shifts that work for you.

Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday.

Delivery experts can use their own car and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto expenses, or use one of the company‑provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history). A safe driving record is a must!

Our drivers have access to cutting‑edge technology that makes delivery of Domino’s products faster.

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance. Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings to deliver products.

Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, perform well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions. Sudden changes in temperature. Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust. Compact work areas including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Including but not limited to:

Walking/Carrying/Climbing

Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. During delivery, the driver must carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties. Navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required.

Driving

Use safe driving practices within the designated delivery area. Multiple deliveries per shift.

Forward Bending

Required at pizza assembly station for 30–45 seconds at a time repeatedly. Also at front counter and stocking ingredients.

Reaching

Continuous reaching upward, downward, forward. Above 72" to turn ovens, change prices, etc.

Hand Tasks

Eye‑hand coordination essential. Manipulate pizza dough, pizza peel, rolling cutter, cardboard pizza boxes. Frequent forceful pinching required.

Sensing

Talking and hearing on telephone. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Far and night vision for driving.
