Shipping & Receiving Requirements:
Previous shipping and receiving experience is required
Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with computers and data entry
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Shipping & Receiving

Job Duties:

Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
Prepare shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and related documentation
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
Provide outstanding customer service to drivers, customers, and visitors
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating deliveries
File, organize, and maintain office records
Support the office with general administrative duties as needed
