Job Description Overview We  are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in Jonesboro, AR (72401). As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.

Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory and orders.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
