Construction Supervisor
Our client is looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee utility construction crews and subcontractors supporting infrastructure projects in the Jonesboro area. This individual will be responsible for managing daily field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to customer and company standards. The Construction Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel, monitor production, and maintain strong communication with both internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors performing utility construction and maintenance work.
- Coordinate daily activities and assign work to ensure productivity goals are met.
- Monitor safety compliance and ensure all crews follow company, OSHA, and customer requirements.
- Conduct field inspections to verify quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
- Track daily production and complete required reporting documentation.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Participate in customer and operations meetings to provide project updates.
- Address field issues, customer concerns, and operational challenges as they arise.
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support emergency response efforts and be available for overtime or after-hours work when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in utility construction, telecommunications construction, or related infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience leading crews or managing field operations preferred.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, utility maps, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with utility construction equipment, trucks, and hand tools.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and field operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or emergency assignments when required.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr. 401k, health, medical, dental, vision, 20% annual bonus.
