Senior Systems Analyst

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a wide‑ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role contributes to government innovation and anticipates the needs of others.
Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and document workflow processes for destruction/deletion policy.
- Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements and technical approach.
- Determine system and project requirements, design the entire system to meet those requirements.
- Perform technical support, including program validations, testing, and system evaluations.
- Make presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations.
- Collaborate with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, and progress reporting.
- Direct and supervise personnel on task orders, ensuring conformance to work standards and functional requirements.
- Ensure successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control.
- Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Work under the configuration management plan and supervise technical aspects of tasks.
- Significant Relativity experience, including creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
- Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
- Minimum five years of hands‑on experience with Relativity and related systems.
- Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, office automation networks, PC and server‑based databases and applications.
- Experience in a litigation support environment preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory experience, ability to lead a technical team and design system solutions responsive to attorneys' needs.
- Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification strongly preferred.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 a year.
