The role involves providing full‑time IT legal support services and developing, modifying, and maintaining complex programs for litigation environment applications, such as litigation support databases, management systems, and analytical systems.

• Independently develop, modify, and maintain complex programs.
• Translate program requirements into code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs to process data per specifications.
• Revise programs to improve efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Develop data entry screens, user interfaces, standardized reports, and specialized reports as needed.

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Substantial, hands‑on programming experience in the relevant systems.
• At least two years of directly applicable experience.
• At least three years of overall programming experience, including large‑scale database management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or information technology.

• Broad knowledge of government IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server‑based databases and applications.
• Supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Experience in automated litigation support.
