In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive pain management treatment plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and attention to detail will be essential in helping patients find relief and improve their well-being.
Required Skills:
- Current, unrestricted state medical license and national certification (e.g., NCCPA for PAs or appropriate APRN certification)
- Proven experience in pain management, anesthesia, or related fields
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Skills:
- Prior experience with interventional pain procedures
- Knowledge of opioid management and regulatory compliance
- Additional certifications in pain management or anesthesia
- Bilingual abilities
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant studies or Nurse Practitioner program
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in pain management or related specialties
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Ability to travel for certification or professional development as needed
- Valid state licensure, certifications, and all necessary credentials up to date
