We are seeking an experienced and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our clinical team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role is ideal for a nurse who values precision, compassion, and a calm, patient-centered approach

- Provide attentive, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing medical detoxification
- Monitor and document vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical status with accuracy and consistency
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Communicate effectively with the RN regarding patient progress and clinical concerns
- Contribute to a calm, safe, and therapeutic milieu
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Respond to clinical changes with sound judgment and professionalism
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Prior experience in detoxification, behavioral health, or acute care strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong clinical awareness and attention to detail
- Composed and confident in high-acuity or sensitive situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, stigma-free care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
