Wound nurse needed for Jonesboro Center Nursing and Rehabilitation
$5,000 sign on bonus! Full‑time only.
We are currently seeking a full‑time wound care RN/LPN. The wound care nurse participates in assessing and evaluating the clinical needs of residents with wounds and works with the resident and the rest of the care team in planning and implementing care that addresses the needs. This work is carried out in support of the mission of Jonesboro Center for Nursing and Healing.
WoundCare Nurse Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wound consultations including detailed wound assessments and recommendations for interventions and care planning.
- Conduct wound assessments for residents and complete all associated documentation, tracking and care planning activities.
- Ongoing monitoring of all assigned residents with wounds.
- Assess resident/caregivers knowledge of wound prevention and treatment and provide education as needed.
