• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred or required based on role needs
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient or urgent care setting
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic and urgent care environment
• Assess patient conditions, monitor changes, and escalation concerns appropriately
• Support efficient patient flow and help maintain a smooth clinical workflow
• Collaborate with providers and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Deliver compassionate care during evening shifts in a critical-needs setting
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience for every visit
