Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will be working in the North East and North West Atlanta areas daily with a home base in Jonesboro, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively analyze market trends to identify potential leads.

Duties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow‑ups.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Execute direct sales strategies, including cold calling and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage territory effectively by analyzing market data and identifying new business prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to create effective sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of interactions, and report on progress against targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Strong skills in territory management with the ability to analyze market conditions effectively.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and engaging potential clients in direct sales conversations.
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques with a track record of successful lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team‑oriented environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving with strong organizational skills.
