Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring for an Account Manager in Morrow, GA. This role offers a motivated individual the chance to strengthen client relationships, recruit talent, and drive business growth. As the main point of contact between the company and its clients, the Account Manager visits the client sites for check-ins and reporting. They deliver exceptional service and promote the Company's core values of Excellence, Grit, Integrity, and Service.

• This is a Monday–Friday position with regular hours of 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Some flexibility may occasionally be needed to cover shifts starting at 6:45 a.m. and/or ending at 6:30 p.m

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts and stakeholders
• Ensure smooth communication, address client concerns, and resolve issues promptly by collaborating with internal teams
• Negotiate contracts, manage account renewals, oversee customer account management, and track key metrics
• Develop new business with existing clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales quotas and drive revenue growth
• Create and contribute to reports, track sales results and forecasts, and update stakeholders on initiatives
• Assist sales and marketing teams with strategic plans, develop account strategies, and liaise with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure the timely delivery of solutions, maintain accurate client records, and document interactions
• Stay updated with industry trends, participate in educational opportunities, and maintain personal networks to enhance job knowledge and performance.
• Follow all policies and procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English, with Spanish fluency a plus!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
