Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. This role ensures the efficient operation of the warehouse while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving Shipments:
Inspect and unload incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of order quantities and product quality. Inventory Management:
Organize and store products in designated areas, keeping accurate inventory records. Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures and timelines. Quality Control:
Conduct regular checks on inventory to identify damaged or defective items and report issues to supervisors. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and returns using warehouse management systems. Cleanliness and Safety:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is an advantage. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification may be required). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs). Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

Working Conditions:

Primarily working in a warehouse setting, with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. May require standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
