Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to support our day-to-day financial operations. The role involves assisting with bookkeeping, processing transactions, maintaining records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain organized financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Assist with preparing journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Help in preparing financial reports and documentation.
• File and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as needed.
• Knowledgeable in various state sales and use tax.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Dynamics, Quick Books).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
