Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Plant Controller to join our dedicated team. The Plant Controller will act as the principal financial authority at the facility, with responsibilities that include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the accounting and control functions within the plant. This role encompasses reporting operational outcomes, leading the budgeting process, and performing financial analysis and reporting for the plant.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct monthly financial analyses for the plant.
• Oversee the month-end closing activities for the plant, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and the compilation and review of plant financial statements.
• Deliver analytical reports and schedules to plant management and other relevant functional departments as required.
• Collaborate with the business unit and corporate departments (accounting, tax, shared services) on necessary reporting and various projects, as requested.
• Perform physical inventories of equipment, real property, and stock, documenting details such as description, value, and location of assets.
