Accounts Payable Specialist | St. Louis, MO (Onsite)
* U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume AP operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing priorities, and delivering excellent service to both vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage purchase orders and support timely payments.
- Assist with check runs, month-end activities, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
