• Meet deadlines and achieve operational goals with precision
• Engage actively in the month-end close and reporting processes in alignment with corporate schedules
• Ensure all transactions are recorded and reported accurately and timely
• Investigate, resolve, or elevate discrepancies independently
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reconciliations of general ledger, AP, AR, and bank accounts
• Maintain and update procedures, checklists, and supporting documentation
• Prepare detailed schedules and analyses for management review
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing thorough responses and support
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders by offering practical solutions
• Support process improvements and handle ad‑hoc requests with quality and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of comprehensive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven experience with revenue recognition processes
• Knowledge of SAP software is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Eagerness to learn new skills and expand responsibilities

• Experience working within global or shared services environments
• Familiarity with other accounting software tools
• Advanced Excel skills and process automation knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 5-7 years in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Accountant
• Prior experience with revenue recognition and SAP
