• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (Required)
• Up to 3 years of experience in Corporate or Public Accounting (internships count!)

• Evidence of leadership and initiative—whether through work, sports, student organizations, or community involvement
• A growth mindset, outgoing personality, and eagerness to build core skills
• Must have a desire and ability to work in an office environment for maximum training - this is not a hybrid position
