** Responsibilities:
*** Welcome all visitors and provide a professional and positive client experience
* Service visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
* Manage main phone line switchboard, answer, and forward incoming calls as appropriate
* Receive deliveries, couriers and distribute as appropriate
* Maintain lobby areas and conference room to ensure they are clean and ready for use
* Work with other team members in supporting attorneys and paralegals within the firm
* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications
** Qualifications**:
* High school diploma or GED
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt, change pace quickly with a high degree of multi-taking and time management
* Prior experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in the legal field.
