Service Coordinator

Express Employment is actively hiring professional Service Coordinators for a local growing company!

• Professionally greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
• Communicate updates and timelines to customers
• Create and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Process payments, invoices, and related paperwork as needed

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
• Previous Service Coordinator of Advisor experience is a plus
