ServicesOur Technology Consulting team provides the full spectrum of technology consulting services to state and local agencies, including:
- Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement
- Business Enablement
- Business Solutions
- Project Assurance
- Provides analytical services and supports the development of project work products.
- Analyzes client requests for proposals and provides development support for proposal responses.
- Ensures quality work products are delivered to clients.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment.
- Manages and builds upon client relationships.
- Adheres to and supports project management approach and other PMO principles and practices.
- Ensures project quality and compliance with all related regulations.
- Ensures communication among all key stakeholders.
- Provides IT job duties including Business and Technical Leadership, System Analysis, Code Development, Software Engineering, or other similar computer-related work as needed.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Skilled in presenting ideas and providing oral and written reports.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and keeping current with industry best practices.
- Highly skilled in data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies.
- Ability to assess customer goals, needs, and interests in relation to IT solutions.
- Capability to multi‑task and maintain organization in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with proprietary or private information.
- Strong judgment and decision‑making consistent with essential job functions.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working for or with state government preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and make impactful presentations.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and motivated to tackle challenges while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with all levels of management and clients.
- Analytical thinker and detail enthusiast, able to solve complex problems and make decisions with confidence.
- Quick learner and lifelong student, always seeking new knowledge and staying up‑to‑date on business trends.
- Flexible, resourceful, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
- Comfortable navigating complex systems, regulations, and requirements.
Office setting; hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. To be successful at PCG, you must:
- Be available during your set working hours.
- Have a safe, private, and distraction‑free environment in which to complete your work.
- Be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties.
- Accept occasional travel to the office or elsewhere for team meetings, client meetings, etc.
- Compensation range: $55,000 – $95,000 (dependent on location, role, skill set, and experience).
