ESS Companies in Joplin, MO is seeking an experienced Asphalt Mill Operator to join our construction teams. You will operate asphalt milling machines to remove existing pavement, monitor depths and grades, and prepare surfaces for paving operations on a range of projects.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in heavy equipment preferred) and 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, preferably in asphalt settings.
