Compensation: $140K–$160K Base + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance + Per Diem

Tiello is partnered with a nationally recognized General Contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects across the United States. The company has built a strong reputation through repeat clients, long-term project pipelines, and a culture centered around accountability, ownership, and teamwork.

They are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent who enjoys running large, complex projects and taking ownership of field operations from groundbreaking through turnover.

The Traveling Superintendent will serve as the on-site leader responsible for all day-to-day field operations. This individual will independently manage project schedules, subcontractors, quality control, safety, and project execution while partnering closely with Project Managers and ownership teams.

This position is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in a travel environment, enjoys running large ground-up projects, and wants the autonomy to lead projects from start to finish.

• National portfolio of commercial and multifamily construction projects
• Long-term project assignments typically lasting 12+ months
• Ground-up project sizes ranging from $40M–$50M+
• High level of autonomy and project ownership
• Strong backlog with repeat clients nationwide
• Leadership team focused on supporting field operations and project success

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Independently manage ground-up commercial and multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and manage daily field operations
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented jobsite culture
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Proven experience as a Superintendent running ground-up projects valued at $40M–$50M+
• Strong commercial and/or multifamily construction background
• Ability to independently lead large subcontractor teams and field operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended project durations
• Proximity to a major airport preferred
