What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
  • Provide high-level customer service, ensuring accurate data entry into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
  • Engage in problem-solving to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in telecommunications
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar customer relationship management software
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and direct conversations effectively
  • Knowledge of broadband, phone, and cable services
  • Commitment to community engagement and support
