What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
- Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
- Provide high-level customer service, ensuring accurate data entry into the Sales Force system
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
- Engage in problem-solving to encourage customer commitment
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in telecommunications
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar customer relationship management software
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and direct conversations effectively
- Knowledge of broadband, phone, and cable services
