- Provide phone and email support to sales teams and healthcare professionals

Demonstrates expertise in customer service and support, with a strong focus on data accuracy and service order management using SAP and Salesforce. Proven ability to build positive relationships with sales teams and healthcare professionals while providing timely assistance.
