** This position provides administrative, operational, and educational technology support to the Office of Curricular Affairs (OCA) for all Year 1 courses in the School of Medicine (SOM), the SOM Evaluation Program, and other assigned committees and subcommittees. The role supports the coordination and delivery of the Year 1 medical school curriculum, including team-based learning activities, peer instruction (PI) learning sessions, assessments, and educational program operations.

Responsibilities include organizing and distributing syllabi and course materials; supporting curriculum delivery and assessment processes; providing technology support for learning management, assessment, and educational systems; troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues; and serving as a key resource for students, faculty, and course directors. The position represents the School of Medicine in communications with internal and external constituents, coordinates meetings and travel arrangements, maintains calendars, prepares correspondence and reports, and manages the distribution of instructional materials.

* JOB DUTIES:

*** Provide administrative and operational support for all Year 1 courses within the School of Medicine, including curriculum activities, team-based learning sessions, peer instruction (PI) learning sessions, assessments, and educational events.
* Coordinate and maintain course materials, schedules, student communications, and curriculum-related documentation for Year 1 programming.
* Support exam administration activities, including exam preparation, data entry, proctoring, monitoring, and coordination of assessment-related processes.
* Provide daily educational technology and IT support for classroom and medical education systems used by the Office of Curricular Affairs, Office of Student Affairs, and Office of Admissions.
* Troubleshoot technical issues for students, faculty, and staff related to learning management, assessment, and classroom technology platforms.
* Assist in the administration and support of educational systems and software, including Canvas, OASIS, Exam Soft, Poll Everywhere, Smartsheet, and other MD Program-related technologies.
* Deliver technology training, demonstrations, and user support for faculty, course directors, staff, and students.
* Assist with lectures, symposiums, meetings, and educational events to ensure successful technology and operational support.
* Support the SOM Evaluation Program, SOM Preclinical Program, and Assessment Subcommittee through coordination, documentation, reporting, and meeting support.
* Review, maintain, and analyze curriculum and assessment-related data to support reporting and operational decision-making.
* Provide front office support; assist students, faculty, and visitors; answer telephone inquiries; distribute mail; and prepare and distribute materials.
* Collaborate effectively with students, faculty, course directors, and administrative teams to ensure a high level of service and support.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
