Responsibilities
- Cover a broad area of responsibilities within Securities Services
- Perform activities inclusive of trade support, clearance/settlement/investigations
- Responsible for processing cash movement accurately and timely
- Research and resolve questions from internal and external parties
- Serve as the first line contact for issues from administrators and investment staff
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of operations experience in securities clearance industry preferred
- Basic understanding of investments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional customer service skills
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Excellent intuitive judgment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
